In her autobiography "Me", Katharine Hepburn writes that she believes "You've got to dream up everything. I believe in miracles. Hepburn believed that the power of our spirits to create is what separates us from animals.
Do you believe you can dream to create?
Do you believe your spirit has power? If so, how do you believe you should use that power?

Increasing Your Luck
Do you believe that your luck will be increased by carrying lucky charms, touching wood and avoiding the number thirteen?
The belief is within you, not the lucky charm.
Think about where these beliefs come from. Are they something you were told as a child?
Is it a belief that has been passed down from generation to generation, like a family heirloom?
Or do you have a personal experience of your luck increasing with a lucky charm and now you have made it your belief.
Remember, if it's not something you truly believe in, you can let it go and create a new belief regarding luck.

Perfectionism
Are you the kind of person who feels you have to do everything perfectly?
Do you believe you are the only person who knows how to do this one thing exactly right?
Do you believe you must place unrealistic demands on yourself and others by using words such as "must', "need" and "have to"?
If you answer "yes" to the above, then think about this, wouldn't it be easier to change that belief?
Wouldn't there be a lot less stress if you changed your belief about perfection to something like, "A bruised banana is a perfectly bruised banana"?

Muhammad Ali (Cassius Clay) Believed in Himself
David Remnick writes in his book, King of the World, "From the moment Clay won that first fight, he would come home in the evening and tell his parents how he was going to become Champion of the world, ...).
Before he won the Olympics he told everyone that he was going to win.
Ali was also known for predicting how many rounds a fight would go for and that he would win.
Ali really believed he would win and he did.
Do you believe in yourself above all else?
If not why?
What would have to happen for you to believe in yourself?

Did You Make any New Year's Resolution(s)?
If you made New Year's resolution(s) then I would like you to ask yourself a few questions:
Do you really feel that it's necessary for you to make New Year's resolution(s)?
How important do you believe or feel that it is to make New Year's resolutions(s)?
Do you believe that my making New Year's resolution(s) you will be more likely to meet your goals?
Do you believe or feel that making New Year's resolution(s) is something that is expected of you?
How would you feel if you never made a New Year's resolution(s)?

Jewel Believed She was the Creator of Her Life
In Jewel's book Chasing Down the Dawn she writes that when she was living in the van, "... I realized that if all I focused on was limitation, then limit was what I would create. There was a whole world of possibility I had left unexplored, and now I wanted to explore it. It was like a switch in my head."
Jewel was truly bless with a mother who encouraged her to turn her ear to the subtle voice that was inside her.
What do you believe about the voice inside of you?
Do you believe it comes from an intuitive source?
Jewel made a game of manifesting. If there was something she needed she would trust that it would come. She'd get excited, picture it, fantasize about it.
What are your beliefs about manifesting?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewel_(singer)Have you ever really thought that you were able to manifest what you wanted in life?
